Valentine Puppy

Hi All!

I love my new Party Dog stamp (four in the set) from Lost Coast Designs!  Pinks from Pretty-in-Pink and purple from Luscious  Lilacs Core'dination cardstock and a Cuttlebug embossing folder were used to showcase the cute little guy!

I sanded the Core'dinations cardstock I dry embossed to bring out the candy hearts.  I distressed the light pink cardstock enough to show the color underneath...it's subtle difference, which I love, but the photo didn't do it justice.  A purple jewel and three cut out candy hearts were used to embellish my card.

CAS Metallic Christmas Card Drunken Stampers-Thing: Metal (Anything Metal or Metallic)

Hi!
This week at Drunken Stampers our challenge is to make a card/project featuring Metal (Anything Metal or Metallic)!  Enter your project anytime between November 30-December 6th at 11:59 pm PST and have the chance to win the ultimate title of The Life of the Party!

First of all I need to apologize for the quality of the photos of my CAS card.  I took one with a flash and one without.  The one with flash allows you to see the metallic cardstock.  The one below, without the flash, shows the metallic stickers in a better light.
I ran the silver cardstock through a Cricut embossing folder (older Christmas Companion set) and then distressed it with Archival Red Geranium ink and a distressing tool.  I added a metallic stickers...the saying and snowflakes.  A crystal was added to the center ornament.

Come on over and join the party at Drunken Stampers!  Make a card/project featuring Metal (Anything Metal or Metallic) and have the chance to be The Life of the Party!

Christmas in July

Hi!
So many blogs were writing about Christmas in July, so I decided to join in a few of the card challenges.  The stamp is the Merry Christmas Tree from Bugaboo Stamps.  I used a Cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder from the Winter Wonderland Set and Christmas Red Stickles for the ornaments. The stars, Merry Christmas, and garland were accented with a Sakura Clear Star Gelly Roll pen.
