Princess Birthday Card

Hi All!

I made this birthday card for my Great-Niece who is an adorable princess!  I used the digital image-Dress Up-Princess image from Stamping Dragon Designs.  She was colored with Copics and fussy cut.  Her sparkly beauty comes from Rock Candy Dry Distress Glitter.  After I colored her irises, I covered them with my Spica Pen for added sparkle.  The words were printed using the font: Fontdinerdotcom Sparkly-pick it up for free!

Congrats Cat ATC

Hi All!

Here is my Congrats Cat ATC!  She looks a lot like my cat Kevi.  Kevi is a tiger mix rescue and has white chest and belly.  She's 13 years old and still as lively as a kitten.
Well, back to the ATC.  The cat stamp is from Lost Coast Designs-Party Cat Hat Set.  I colored the cat with Copics on X-Press paper and fussy cut it.  I put Glossy Accents on the hat and covered that with Tim Holtz Distress Stickles-Dry Glitter-Clear Rock Candy.  I wasn't able to get a very good picture of the glitter, but it is so cool!  I printed "Congrats"  using the font-Fontdinerdotcom-Loungy.   It's free, as are all the fonts I use!  Silver pearls and a strip of Washi tape were added as accents.

Planning to Celebrate!

Happy Saturday!

It's the start of another challenge week at Drunken Stampers!  This week the Challenge is Person: Party Planner (Any Celebration)  Head over to Drunken Stampers (just don't drink and drive) and check out all the Designated Designers creations.  Then enter to become our Life of the Party this week!  We love to see all the fantastic creations you submit!

Well, my person is a touch too thin and pale.  He seems to be enjoying his birthday celebration  although he is a little stiff.  ;=)

The Birthday Skeleton stamp is from Crackerbox Palace Rubber Stamps.  He was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on X-Press paper and colored with Copics .  The other cardstock is from Club Scrap.  I embossed the silver paper with a Tim Holtz Riveted Metal Texture Fade.  I added Firefly Stickles on the hat and tie.  Also, the card was embellished with Card Candi and a Wish Adage Ticket from Tim Holtz.

I added this close-up of the Wish Adage Ticket since you cannot see the sparkle in the photo of the card.  It has been distressed with Pumice Stone and edged with Black Soot Distress Ink.  Then it was  covered with Distress Stickles: Dry Glitter-Clear Rock Candy

Hold Onto Your Brains!

Hi All!
I'm entering a darker side.  I don't follow the Walking Dead, nor am I getting ready for the Zombie Apocalypse.  But I do have a number of acquaintances who are preparing for that day!  I am entering a few challenges which this card is made for.  I took the Edward Scissorshands digital stamp from the Octopode Factory and morphed him into a zombie.  I colored with Copics, added Black Diamond Stickles for his hair, used Crystal Stickles for accents on his clothes, and then fussy cut him.

The background was made with Tim Holtz Distress Stains on watercolor paper.  After it dried I covered it with glue and sprinkled Distress Stickles Dry Glitter-Rock Candy all over it.  I added some washi tape to the background.  I stamped "Got Brains?" using Close to My Heart Delightful Alphabet (retired).  For those of you who don't know; zombies eat brains!

Zombies have difficulty holding themselves together so mine has a screw as a replacement eye.  His other eye is red and falling out.  I think he'd scare anyone.
