For my project, I made a a daily journal (out of a composition book) that a elementary student might enjoy.
Hi All!
I hope you enjoy my Back to School Journal. I covered the binding of the composition book with black/white polka dot washi tape. Then I attached pink cardstock with Scor-Tape for a stronger hold than a tape runner. I distressed the edges of the paper a bit. The Back to School Girl from the Octopode Factory was colored with Copic Markers on X-press paper. I added Glam Pink and True Blue Stickles on the girl and Black Diamond Stickles on the edges of the circles. All paper is from Club Scrap. The pencil is a royalty free clip art image I colored with Copics. The back of the book is covered with the same pink cardstock. Coordinating printed paper was used on the inside of the cover.

Such a great idea to make those plain composition notebooks into something special! A cute image, though those eyes make it look like she might be a bit overwhelmed at the thought of going back to school! : ) Or maybe it's just wide-eyed innocence. Anyway, great job and thanks for playing with Clearly IStamp.
ReplyDeleteJust too adorable! Any elementary student would enjoy such a cute journal! So glad you shared your school time project with us at Clearly iStamp!
